This basic truth means that major buying must still be possible after you've committed to the trade and major buying can only be done by large institutions. I short, your buy must occur before they are finished buying, otherwise, who will provide the fuel or buying power required to get the stock up? Big money must continue to come into the stock after you've gotten in.
