The Next Velez Wealth Accumulation Play

Pacer International, Inc. (PACR) has been chosen as my next major Velez Opportunity Wealth Play. As many of you know, my wealth plays have performed spectacularly last year, yielding a triple digit return (over 300%). While all the plays I posted in advance were not wealth plays, you will recall that I scored an incredible 97 wins out of 100 plays for the year 2009, with the wealth plays individually scoring the very best (an average 136%).

PACR is the first official Velez Opportunity Wealth Play of this year, and I think it's going to be another great one. This stock was actually suggested by one of my trading students during Friday's live chat session with me. After 30 seconds of reviewing the stock for her, I told her that she had just found the perfect opportunity for me to use as a my next educational wealth play. I just love when my students begin to pick and influence my next period of wealth accumulation.

In the forthcoming video, I will explain in detail what I like about PACR, where I believe it to be headed and how I plan to exploit it for maximum gains. But before I delve into the particulars, let me make a few things clear for those who are new to The Velez Opportunity Report and new to following me in general.

1) My plays are solely mine, not yours. If you follow me, that is totally on you. I have nothing to do with that. I simply give you insight into what I intend to do, before I do it. This is not a recommendation to buy anything, but rather an invitation to watch how I maneuver in the markets, how I think, act and react to certain scenarios and conditions. What better way to learn how to play the market like a master than to "live" a master's every action, every step, every thought?

2) Velez Wealth Accumulation Plays (VWAPs) are long-term in nature. They represent what I believe to be triples on the low end and 10 baggers or more (10 times the total investment) on the high end.

3) I call these special plays VWAPs for short which stand for Velez Wealth Accumulation Plays, the operative word being "accumulation." Utilizing my "Add and Reduce Method", I look to gradually accumulate a larger and larger position, using sudden sharp rallies to lighten my load and sudden declines to rebuild my position. This very advanced form of long-term investing greatly outperforms the traditional "buy and hold" approach which largely involves buying one time and selling one time, with a tremendous amount of down time separating those two actions.

4) I look to divide my intended line (total amount of shares) in 10 to 20 lots. I start off with one lot first and begin to gradually build into a bigger position whenever the specific events I teach occur. When run-ups happen too quickly, I sell part of my line to reduce my exposure. This is done with the idea of putting the sold portion back on after a subsequent decline. This is what allows me to potentially earn a 200$ gain from a stock that only moved 100% in total. It's the equivalent of traditional investing on steroids.

5) My VWAPs are truly intended to never be sold. While that may not turn out to be the case every time, please note that the most successful plays are literally owned for life...at least a very small amount. I still own 40 to 100 shares of some of my winning plays scored from the early 90s. You'd be surprise what leaving a small piece in a winner will do over a lifetime. If you've pulled your money out of a play many times over, a few remaining shares have no cost basis. It's like free shares or free money and those small shares are typically willing to work for you for ever. This action also keeps you connected with your loved ones, the stocks that have loved you the most. It honors them and encourages them to treat you like a family member for life. Trust me when I tell you, this works.

As a final note, let me say this. Many traders following my wealth plays look for updates in them everyday as if these are day trades or swing trades. They are not. They are LIFE TRADES and they offer the very best opportunity to accomplish what The Velez Opportunity Report was designed to do: to build sustainable wealth over a lifetime. This is not day trading, my friends. We are not looking for 15 cent micro pops in stocks over 30 second periods. This is Paul Tudor Jones type market play. Don't know him? You should. Look him up. This is Warren Buffet play on steroids. So, let's leave the pennies of the game to others or at least to your other day trading accounts. Here we want wealth...and not just any wealth, we want lasting wealth, sustainable wealth, the kind you leave behind for the next generation not born yet.
