When to Take Profits and When to Not

As most of you already know, we woke up to a very nice score in Eastman Kodak (EK), after adding to this gem only three days ago (see former blog update entitled "Eastman Kodak (EK) and the 50ma"). EK gapped open this morning to a a four month high that almost reached $6. From our lowest entry in the $3.50 area, this represents a near 70% gain so far, and it's only the start. As I mentioned before, I think EK is a triple from even these levels.

But the main question is, if EK really does have potential to triple from current levels, what should be done with shorter-term bursts like this one? Does one take profits, or does one simply sit on one's hands and ignore these nice 20% to 30% moves, while keeping one's eyes fixated only on the big score? This hits the core of an age-old dilemma that I'd like to solve for you once and for all.

Listen to the video presentation I prepared for you in the link below and learn how I use my unique "add and reduce" method to maximize gains on the way to the more lofty goals of doubles and triples. I hope you enjoy!
